The word tour manager, tour leader, tour director synonyms. As a tour manager my role is to ensure that my groups prearranged travel arrangements are met. Some of my responsibilities as a tour director are:

• Ensuring the suppliers, hotels, transportation, restaurants, excursions, transportation provide the services
• Co coordinating with local area specific certified guides hired to guide the group
• Trouble shooting challenging issues and situations
• Discussing routing, alternatives with drivers
• Giving instructions to group and general information
• Interpretation from one language to the other with instructions to travellers
• Keeping accounts, reports, collecting evaluations
• Ensuring travels comfort and satisfactions
